The 4th Int'l Conference on Hydraulic Engineering and Safety (ICHES 2019) will be held during May 29-31, 2019 in Kunming, China. The conference will cover issues on Hydraulic Engineering and Environment, Hydraulic Engineering Construction, Hydraulic Engineering Design and Programme, Ocean Hydraulics and Coastal Engineering, Safety and Health Engineering Technology, Water Ecological Restoration, Water Environment Protection, etc. It dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing the advanced research methods in related fields.
Kunming, Yunnan’s capital, resides at an elevation of 1890m and boasts a milder climate than most other Chinese cities. Celebrated as the "Spring City," Kunming has neither severe winters nor extremely hot summers and can be visited at any time of the year.
