Biography: 
I finished my Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in 2014, with the elaboration of his final degree project that consisted of the development of bioplastics by using wastes from the agri-food industry. Then, I completed two Master’s degree in Advanced Studies in Chemistry (finished in 2015) and Science and Technology of New Materials (finished in 2020). At the end of 2015, I worked as a research fellow at the Institute of Natural Resources and Agrobiology of Seville (IRNAS) for 2 months with the JAE Intro scholarship. Already in 2016, I began my doctoral studies in the Chemical Engineering Department by obtaining a predoctoral fellowship. I have defended the thesis in December 2019 with the outstanding Cum Laude qualification.
I have published more than 30 international scientific articles, in addition to the participation in numerous national and international scientific conferences. Furthermore, my research work has been supported by my participation as part of the collaborator/work team in several research projects such as "Development of Biodegradable Super Absorbent Materials processed from agroindustrial by-products" or "Active and intelligent fiber based packaging - innovation and market introduction". In fact, I am currently participating in the research team of the "Ibero-American Network for the recovery of food waste and by-products (VALORAL)" sponsored by the University Postgraduate Association (AUIP) that encompasses 20 groups from 11 American countries.
